For operators
Payments infrastructure built for how you actually operate.
If your platform moves real money for real users, deposits in, payouts out, at consumer speed, you're an operator to us. Here's what that means in practice: the traffic we expect from day one, and exactly what you get on the other side of one integration.
Peak-hour surges
Deposits spike exactly when your audience shows up, all at once, on schedule. One rail's bad night becomes your bad month.
Payout bursts
Settlement moments send thousands of payouts out in minutes, across regions, at the same time, and they all have to land.
Both directions at once
Money in and money out have to hold simultaneously. Most payment stacks are only good at one of the two.
Mobile-first audiences
Users who abandon checkout the second their preferred e-wallet is missing from the list.
Small tickets, huge counts
At volume, per-transaction fees and decline rates quietly decide the margin: routing is where you win it back.
Rail dependency
Providers cut access without warning. A second and third gateway isn't an optimisation. It's continuity.
Different platforms, same root cause: one payment rail carrying all the weight.
Your own configuration
Which regions, currencies and payment methods are enabled for you, plus your settlement details and branding, set up for you alone.
Your data stays yours
No other operator can see your transactions, users or configuration. Scoped to your operator ID in the model, not by convention.
Your own credentials
Your API keys and webhook secrets are never shared with any other operator or gateway.
Full routing visibility
Every route available to you is visible, marked available or locked with the reason why. No black-box shortlists, and no need to know which gateway sits behind it.
Routing that works for you
Gateway selection is based on your fees and approval rates. OmiCloud's own margin is never part of that decision.
- 1
Get credentials
Operator API keys and a sandbox to build against.
- 2
Integrate once
One contract for deposits and payouts, idempotent by design.
- 3
Set your routing criteria
Choose your regions, currencies and payment methods; OmiCloud handles which gateway serves each one.
- 4
Go live
Signed webhooks drive every status; the console shows the rest.
Your busiest night should be your best night.
- Do you hold our funds?
- Never. Funds settle from the gateway to you. OmiCloud routes and tracks the transaction; there is no OmiCloud balance to freeze, pool or lose.
- Can anyone else see our numbers?
- No. Transactions, users and analytics are scoped to your operator ID at the data-model level. Your dashboard shows your traffic and nothing else.
- What happens when a gateway has a bad day?
- Health checks pull it out of rotation and routing cascades to your next eligible gateway. Traffic keeps moving; the ledger records every attempt.
- What does your routing actually optimise?
- Two things: the fee you pay and the rolling approval rate. Our own take is excluded from the score on purpose, so routing can't favour what pays us.
- What do our users see?
- Payment methods, never gateway brands. They pick 'e-wallet' or 'card'; which gateway carries it is our job, invisible to them.
